I am now home from Topeka. It was a great week. I couldn't have asked for a better spring break. What a difference from last years when I and my PE team were dealing with the death of a friend and sister. I feel so blessed to have had this opportunity to serve Topeka with great friends for a week. Below are a few pictures from the week. The Bridge is a after school program and facility that we called home for the week. Their goal/vision is to raise up servant leaders in the communities. What a blessing to be a part of that.
One of the many tasks that I was assigned this week. Twila and I straightened up the bible shelf. Unfortunately we for got to take a before picture. But it looks much better.
Every afternoon I was blessed to be Isyss's buddy. Sadly I cant post pictures with her in it but this is one of the masterpieces that we made during the week. She is a sweet girl who just needs to know what real love is.
The Lord showed up this past week and taught us all things. He showed up and opened eyes and confirmed things too. It was so cool working besides brothers and sisters again.
