So we have completed our second week operating and running Lobdells. This week I was in pantry. Which meant that I worked on plating salads, appetizers and desserts. This past week and the next three I will be on the front line. It was fun this week watching our customers experience our dishes. Next week I am on the Grill. Slightly nervous about this station but I know that with all of my classmates and chef around I wont fail.
