So week three was all about the grill. Day one I did plate ups. Day 2 and 3 were cooing the meat. I was extremely nervous about cooking meat to order. I’m sure that I messed up on a few but over all it went extremely well. Next week is saute. This week especially yesterday was BUSY for saute. At one point there were 7 all day scallops and like 9 lasagnas. Which is a lot especially for those who aren’t use to saute.

Our steak sandwich with roasted red peppers, provolone cheese sauce and scallions.


Chicken sandwich with prosciutto shards, boursin cheese, red onion and spinach.
