Its like the game Let’s Make a Deal. At the end when three doors are presented to the audience and contestants get one last chance to make a choice. How do they ever choose. It seems easy. Just pick 1,2, or 3.
But when its not a game and its real life the decision gets much more difficult to make. Where will each door lead? What consequences will come for not taking the right one? In the past 5 years, I have had many doors open before me. Each time the Lord has provided me with the answer. Each time I have taken His path over mine.
Now again I have two doors both are open onto the Mission field. One is to go on a mission trip as a participant and one is to lead a trip. One to Africa and one to a location of which hasn’t been chosen yet. Both would be where my heart is and both would be doing my Lords work. And both would be life changing, I’m sure. Hence, the difficult decision. It is times like this that I would love an e-mail or even a snail mail letter from God saying what way to go.
I am getting excited about where my life is going after school is done. These doors are just the first of many more to come.
