So I just did my first Support Raising conference call today. I was nervous. I'm not that comfortable on the phone talking. Ask anyone who knows me or has talked to me on the phone I'm not that great. Lots of awkward pauses. But the Lord showed up. He was in that room with me and calmed me down. I talked to about 10 people at the same time and some how it was not complete chaos. They were all participants who are struggling with support raising and needed encouragement and advice. The cool thing was I was not the main person giving those things. The kids were lifting each up in prayer and giving advice and encouragement to each other. I loved it. I had so much fun. I love pouring into kids and seeing them pour into others. There is one in particular that stuck out to me. I talk to her quite a bit thru AOL and have gotten to really get to know her. But she surprised me today. She was really stepping it up and speaking life into the others. I was awesome to hear.

I am just amazed just recently how much the Lord is at work. First at DiscipleNow and at this conference call. It just shows me that he cares even about that small things.
